Should I register?
Everyone can explore our catalogue, but account allocation is reserved for professional customers.

  • Are you a customer? Activate your account.
  • Aren't you a customer yet? Register here  by passing us your company details and brief motivation. We will let you know if we are able to open an account for you. From the moment you have received a username and password, your e-shop is ready and you have access to your prices, stock, …

Do I receive my correct price?
Online orders too provide you with your individual prices and discounts. In case you notice a difference in price, you can contact us as soon as possible.

My price and/or discount is/are not correct. What should I do?
Contact usWe will check this immediately.

What are ‘favourites’?
By using the ‘Favourite’ function, you are able to manage a personal list of favourite products, e.g. products you order on a regular basis. These products can be directly added to your shopping basket.

How do I add a product in my shopping basket?
After you have found your product, you can put it in your basket by clicking “+Add to my order”.

  • Individuals: You can now complete your order or continue shopping. To make your order count, please fill in the asked details on the form.
  • Enterprise: You can continue shopping, ask for a quotation or complete your order.

Caution! Products in your shopping basket are not yet reserved for you.

Do I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation by mail.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.


What are the payment options?
For the time being, you can only pay by bank transfer. We do not accept other payment options, eg bancontact and credit card.

What is the payment term?

  • Private: As a private individual you will receive a pro forma invoice. As soon as the invoice has been paid, we will proceed to dispatch the goods.
  • Already a customer:  If you are already a customer of ours, the assigned payment conditions remain valid.
  • New customer:  As a new customer we ask you to pay for your order in advance. After that, you can be granted other conditions after approval.

Shipping and delivery

We indicate per product whether it is in stock or has a delivery time. However, that information is a snapshot and not always absolutely guaranteed. Therefore, always check your order confirmation carefully.

What is the delivery time?

  • Product in stock: If we have the product in stock, delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
  • Product out of stock: If the product is not in stock, the delivery time can take longer. The expected delivery time is stated on the product page on the webshop , as well as in the order confirmation.

What about transportation costs?
4K delivers free of charge to any address in Belgium from 200 Euro per shipment. For orders smaller than 200 Euro, a transportation fee of 14 Euro will be charged. We ship with Parts Express.

Can I pick up my order myself?
Collection is only possible by appointment. Please  contact us for this.

Warranty and returns

Defective product? Am I entitled to legal warranty?

  • Private:  As a private individual you have a warranty period of 2 years. If the product becomes defective within 6 months after delivery, it is assumed that the product has been defective since delivery. In that case, we repair or replace the product free of charge, unless we can prove the contrary. If you present yourself to us with a defective product from the 7th month, you as a private individual must prove that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.
    • The Warranty does not apply in the following cases:
      • Minor deviations from the specified quality that  do not affect the value or proper functioning of the unit
      • Damage caused by incorrect set-up or installation
      • Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised third parties
      • Defects caused by non-original accessories or parts
  • Company: As a company, you can rely on the legal regulation for hidden defects. If you can prove that the defect existed at the time of purchase, we will give you a price reduction or refund.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an article, you can request this by telephone or e-mail. You will receive a document from us that you return to us together with the article. As soon as we have reviewed the product, we will inform you of our findings and solution.
