Typical applications are:
Roller shutter control: This is a commonly used type of switch for raising and lowering roller shutters, sun blinds or curtains. One direction (up arrow) raises the roller shutter, the other direction (down arrow) lowers it, and the central position stops the movement.
Control of small motors: For controlling other small motors in the home, such as those for ventilation or other motorised systems, where directional control and a stop function are required.
Lighting (limited): Although primarily a switch, it can also be used in more advanced lighting circuits where specific 3-position control is required. The maximum wattage for lamps with an integrated power supply is 100 W.
The switch is part of the VIMAR 8000 series and is designed to be mounted in standard flush-mounted boxes.
